Dry-Land Training Update
I just updated my Dry-Land Training page. Please check it out for some great information on two companies we are working very closely with to implement a perfect dry-land routine.
I will be posting some of our dry-land training exercises we work on throughout each month. Some will be simple injury prevention movements and others will be challenging core exercises. But, most of all I will be posting weight room speed, power, and flexibility exercises. I plan on updating this page at the end of each month so stay tune with blog updates referencing to my Dry-Land Training page!
